Digital products are typically delivered immediately after purchase via email or downloadable access.

Coaching Programs

Fitstorybysara also offers private coaching programs, including but not limited to:

• Personalized 1-on-1 Diet Reset Coaching
• The Deliberate Method™ Private Coaching Experience

These coaching services are educational and guidance-based programs delivered digitally through email communication, structured feedback, personalized recommendations, and ongoing support.

Refund Window

Refund requests for eligible purchases must be submitted within 7 days from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated on the specific product or coaching program page.

Digital Products Refund Eligibility

Refunds for ebooks, downloadable guides, and digital materials may only be approved under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Technical delivery failure where the product was not received
• Defective, corrupted, or inaccessible files
• Incorrect product delivery caused by a technical issue

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not available once content has been accessed, downloaded, saved, or consumed.

Coaching Programs Refund Policy

Refund policies for coaching programs are specifically disclosed on the respective coaching program pages and form part of these Terms and this Refund Policy.

For the Personalized 1-on-1 Diet Reset Coaching Program:

• Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase/payment
• After 48 hours, refunds are generally not available once coaching guidance, personalized planning, review work, email support, or program-related materials have been provided
• Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle where applicable

For The Deliberate Method™ Coaching Experience:

A conditional 7-day refund window is available.

To qualify:

• All onboarding materials must be fully completed

• Required baseline metrics and initial tracking must be submitted

• The refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of the first strategy email being delivered

Refund eligibility is void if participation requirements are not met.

After 7 days from the delivery of the first strategy email, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy is firm and non-negotiable.
