Private Coaching Agreement

The Deliberate Method™ – 12-Week Private Engagement

This Agreement outlines the terms of participation in The Deliberate Method™, a 12-week private body recomposition coaching experience.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

This coaching provides lifestyle and behavioural guidance focused on structured fat loss and body recomposition.

This program does not:
• Diagnose or treat medical conditions
• Provide medical advice or hormone therapy
• Replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional

You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical supervision where necessary.

2. Format & Communication

The engagement includes:
• One structured email response per week
• Review of submitted metrics and reflections
• Strategic adjustments when warranted

Communication is conducted via structured weekly email only. Daily messaging or emergency support is not included.

Responses are provided within 48 weekday hours.

3. Client Responsibility

Results depend on adherence, consistency, and accurate reporting.

You agree to:
• Submit truthful and complete information
• Follow agreed-upon structure
• Complete onboarding materials and required tracking
• Participate responsibly throughout the 12-week engagement

No specific weight loss outcome is guaranteed.

4. Investment & Refund Policy

The total investment is $5,000, payable in full upon acceptance.

A conditional 7-day refund window is available.

To qualify:
• All onboarding materials must be completed
• Required baseline tracking must be submitted
• Refund must be requested in writing within 7 days of the first strategy email being delivered

After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Term & Start Date

The 12-week engagement officially begins on the date the first strategy email is delivered within the confirmed intake window.

6. Acknowledgement

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
